As I have mentioned many times my go to source for information on The Law of Attraction (LOA) is the works of Abraham-Hicks.
For the longest time I have read their work and see their videos and always heard Esther say "when you ask it is always given, immediately". Well I am a scientist and when I can explain things with scientific principals it makes me feel better. This video does just that.
