“Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach him to fish, and feed him for a life time” Biblical proverb.
“The problem with our schooling is that we do not teach our children basic financial education” Robert Kiyosaki.
“You cannot end poverty by taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor, you have to help the poor learn how to amass wealth” Robert Allen.
“What tends to do away with poverty is not the getting of pictures of poverty into your mind, but getting pictures of wealth into the minds of the poor.” Wallace D. Wattles in The Science of Getting Rich.
“When you believe that there is a finite pile of abundance and there is not enough to go around, and so you feel injustice when someone has more than others believing that because someone has it others are deprived of having it, you are holding yourself apart from abundance” Abraham-Hicks.
Recently I was talking to a close friend and he mentioned that “how can somebody rest at night having a multimillion dollar mansion when another down the street is living under a cardboard box”. At first light this seems like a noble and admirable way of thinking, but if we look at it from view point of The Law of Attraction as well as from the point of view of basic finance we know that this is the root of our fiscal problems. You cannot concentrate on peoples lack and bring prosperity to the society. In fact it is not your job to bring wealth and prosperity for someone else. You cannot do for other people what you think is best for them. It goes contrary to everything that the Law of Attraction stands for. Because this is a universal law, banging your head against it is futile.
Robert Kiyosaki teaches that the cure to financial crisis is to teach people how to amass wealth by giving them financial education. The basic foundation of success. The working of Esther and Jerry Hicks teach that when you compare yourself to others, you are setting yourself up for failure because you cannot harmonize with 100% of the people 100% of the time. The only person that you should be concern with is yourself. The only thing that is important is that you feel good. When you are in vibrational harmony with success, with wealth, with health you will have all of those things. Having said that I do not mean that you should not give to charity, tithe, do volunteer work etc. Do all these things, but do them when they make you feel good, not because you are trying to FIGHT poverty.
So as noble as my friend’s thought are, we need to change our basic thought principle and paradigm before we can make any dent in the problem of poverty. If you think carefully you know that what Mother Teresa said when she commented “I will not attend an antiwar rally , when you have a peace rally invite me” rings true here. By concentrating on poverty we’ll only see more and more poverty. We need to shift focus and shift attention from poverty to prosperity. As long as we think this is a competition, we will be coming from a stand point of scarcity and more people will lose than win. Why is it so hard to believe that there is abundance? Because we have been drilled from the time that we could understand the concept that you have to work hard, and you have to take what’s yours. That there is a finite amount of stuff out there. For billions of years this planet has been going along just fine. You don’t see a blade of grass struggling to grow. There is prosperity everywhere around us, and only now in this time, in this exciting time we are realizing the magical universal laws that will bring us out of this lack consciousness into abundance consciousness. It is truly exciting to be alive in this moment and it starts with YOU.
To change programs like welfare and entitlement mindset we need to build the desire to succeed. I am willing to bet that if you offer someone a million dollars to get a job within 5 days, they will be able to do it, no matter how difficult or how hard they pretend or say it is to get/find a job. There has to be a desire to better yourself. There has to be a desire to feel joy. There has to be desire to change your vibrational signal from lack to prosperity. As Abraham-Hicks teaching states “You need to tell a different story if the one you have been telling is not to your liking”. Only you can tell honestly if the story you are telling is to your liking. If getting something for nothing has been your story and you like it no one can motivate you do better. That is your comfort zone and you are content. By The Law of Attraction more and more opportunities will come to you to keep you in the same situation and as long as you like it, then you will stay that way. The important thing is that if you don’t like it and you keep on telling the same story you are ALSO attracting it to you.
When someone with no education, no contacts, no money builds and develop a successful business it gives proof to this universal law. When the desire outweighs the comfort zone, you will expand and universe reacts. As long as you provide crutches some people will take them, and some people will overcome. This may seem harsh, but it is the truth. The incidence of someone coming from nothing and going to success is not a one in a million. It happens thousands of times in this country every day, month and year. Sadly it usually takes one to hit the bottom of the barrel with nothing to lose to change the story they are telling.
In medicine, when someone is injured and bedridden, the first course of action is to get them to start moving again. The longer you sit and lie down the more you lose your muscles and the will to get up. The same is true in finance. If you have become comfortable it is hard and scary to take the leap into something that will bring you more wealth. If someone is giving you something for nothing, as little as that may be, if it is keeping you telling the same old story of being a victim and blaming the market, the economy, the government, the rich, the poor, the world, whatever… you will remain a victim.
Decide you will change and take an action now. As many teachers have said there is magic in action.

This universe is a loving and inclusive universe. What this means to you is that there are skills that you need to understand, learn and apply when it comes to dealing with universal laws. If you do not understand these skills you will be apt to make errors in utilizing the magnificent power of the universal laws and you will start to doubt your ability to be able to succeed. It would be analogous to having been placed in a swimming pool and asked to swim the length of the pool but no one has ever taught you how to swim. You may attempt to go across. You may even succeed by dog paddling across. The process however, will be long, difficult and full of swallowing water.
The positive is that when you give attention to things that you want, when you are positively thinking about the things that you want, and are feeling great, those great feelings will bring more and more opportunities for you to feel great. The part that you need to be aware of and not make a mistake about is that when you also give negative attention to things that you DO NOT want the universe will also bring more and more of those things to you because the universe does not recognize words of negation. It is a loving universe and it works based on your attention to some topic and not based on what your words say. So when you say “no, no I don’t want to be sick, I don’t want debts, I don’t want bills…” more and more of sickness, debt and bills will come to you because you are giving these subjects your attention.
That is why the more you struggle with the things you don’t want the more they come your way. Have you heard the saying “what you resist, persists”? When you are trying to struggle against hitting red lights in the traffic, more traffic and more red lights will come to you. So what you need to do is to change your attention and start looking for things that feel good. Slowly, slowly start to change your thought patterns and your feelings to things that you like, and you enjoy and you feel good about and more of those things will come your way. Put in a CD of a music you like, turn your iPod on full blast and groove to the music as you are sitting in traffic. Listen to an inspiring audio book. Admire the surrounding scenery or technology if applicable. Do whatever it takes to feel good, but remember you CANNOT FAKE THIS. It is not what you are telling yourself, it is how you feel.
Remember that there is wanted and unwanted with everything that you think about. That is the balance of universe. The Yin and the Yang. So it is up to you to direct your emotions towards the things that you want. Notice I did not say “and away from things you don’t want”, because I do not even want to give attention to what I don’t want. There will never be a perfect place where everything is going your way. You have to constantly turn your emotions towards the good things and deliberately create that perfect place for yourself. That is the reason working with the Law of Attraction is referred to as “deliberate creation” by Esther and Jerry Hicks. Such a perfect description of the process.

If this is the case, does it make sense that if we have a desire there is no way of achieving it? Of course not. In a world that is so mathematically and spiritually perfect when we have a desire we also have the power of achieving it. That is the whole point of the law of attraction and it is validated by both science and religion. How cool is that, that everything is in harmony.
Good day and I hope you are having a great day. Today I want to marvel at how cool this world that we live in is? This world is logical and precise no matter if you believe in God or science, or both. You have to admit that this world is logical and precise. We as humans are a part of this world and hence are built logically and precisely.
The fact that this universal law has been around longer than mankind has been in existence, does not excuse ignorance of it. Through the teachings of this blog and other teachers you are learning to utilize the tools that are available to you. You have the control to make your own destiny. This taking of responsibility maybe scary but at the same time it is empowering. After all if someone else is responsible for your success or failure you are out of control. Nothing takes away the will to succeed worse than being out of control. So stop it right there. You have total control.
You also have to know that the fact that you desire things is normal. This process should not be stalled or looked upon with scorn. As human beings it is our privilege to desire better things. This is something that will never end. And that is good. How boring things would be if we settle. We are the top of the food chain. We were meant to "inherit the earth". If the preceding paragraph has evoked the emotion of guilt in you, there lies the problem. You are coming from the point of scarcity. Until that is resolved success will continue to elude you. The sooner you believe with all your heart that you deserve the best, the sooner you will achieve the success that you were meant to have.
Use your feelings and your emotions. They are the best tools for you and they were given to you from birth . If things do not feel good they are not in your best interests. If you are feeling bad you will continually attract things that will make you feel bad by the law of attraction. Conversely when you feel great you are in harmony with the vibration of the source. You are meant to feel good. The more you can help your self feel-good the more opportunities will come to you to make you feel good.
I agree that it is difficult to feel good when you are in a state of feeling bad. I agree that it is difficult to feel joyous about something that you want, but you lack. Difficult however, does not mean impossible. You must, I repeat you must, learn to feel good about the things that you want before actually acquiring them. That is manifesting by intent rather than by default like most people do. It is only difficult because that is the way we have been raised to believe. Have you heard that it takes hard work to succeed? It takes money to make money? You have to be the right place at the right time to win? All of this negativity has been drilled into your subconscious since you were a child. Now you are waking up to the truth. It is bound to be difficult, and will take baby steps. Imagine however the new habits that you are teaching your subconscious and the wealth, health, and prosperity that will ensue. I can see you smiling at that thought. Keep it going.

Good day and I hope your week is going great. Today I wanted to share with you a lesson that we need to be reminded of here and there.
Let me start by relaying an example to make the lesson clear. When we had our first child, the hospital staff instructed us on how to have “tummy time” with her. This practice entailed leaving the newborn on her tummy and allow her to exercise her upper body and neck by trying to lift her head off. This practice is supposed to strengthen her back and also promote the crawling and finally walking.
I noticed that it also teaches another lesson. The first few months after she got tiered she would just plop on her face on the bed. Eventually as her motor skills developed, she learned to use her hands or to turn her head when she got tiered. It did not happen at once. In fact there were a few months of constantly “falling on her face” before she and her body figured out “how to fall”.
Imagine if you have never fallen down until you are 20 years old. Then you suddenly stumble and fall face first. Having never had to deal with falling, you are going to most likely smash your face on the concrete, brake many bones, bleed all over yourself and wonder what the #%#@# happened. This is the same situation with mistakes of any kind. Why is it understandable with growing up and walking but not with everything else amazes me? If we never ever make mistakes, by the time we do make that first mistake it would be a big one and we would not really know how to deal with the mistake. Most likely it would be difficult to recover from it.
Mistakes are a part of, and a necessary ingeredient of growing and maturing in any endevour. If you want to get good at anything you will no doubt make mistakes. Sometimes more than once. Each time you make a mistake you will learn something new. Even if you don’t think you do, you are learning. The biggest caveat is that if you make your mistakes little by little when the bigger opportunities come you can take advantage of them.
I have made many mistakes, some of which have cost me dearly. I can think about them and complain, blame or have self-pity or I can thank my lucky stars that I made that mistake and for that reason I will not delve into a bigger mistake and can profit from it in the future. Mistakes are sweat equity of opportunity.
Here is where the use of MENTORS come in. It is always nicer to learn from other people's mistakes. Just like the POST ON MASTER MIND you do not necessarily have to have a living mentor. You learn and can be mentored by books, and other form of media. In this time of technology there is so much information at the tip of your finger that there is really no reason for you not to be able to do some of your own due diligence. Type a question on www.ask.com or www.YouTube.com and you will have thousands of answers and videos to show you how to do something right and in many cases how to avoid most common mistakes associated with the task. It does take time but if you have made costly mistakes like I have it will be well worth the time and effort to check out and learn from other people's mistakes.
As always I hope this was helpful to you and you enjoyed the post. Feel free to comment here or on our Facebook page. Until next Tuesday here is to your success.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week.
Have you ever noticed that children are happy. I mean truly happy. The reason for that is related to the topic of a book by Eckhart Tolle called The Power of Now. Children up to a certain age, usually 5 or 6, have no problem living in the Now. For example I put my 2 year old in time out for miss behaving and 2 minutes later she is offering me her tangerine without any feeling of anger, or retaliation. Children of all ages, and all socioeconomic status when given the basic necessities are truly happy because they live in the now. They do not worry the future, tomorrow. They most often forget about the past and do not dwell on the mistakes of the past. They can be present at this moment with 100% concentration.
In fact it is us as parents that bring up memories of the past and or the future for them and create stress for them. Imagine if you could be as happy as a child no matter where you are in your life financially, career wise, etc? I have to admit the first reading of the book The Power of Now was a bit rough. It is a very deep and philosophical book, and I have to read it a few more times to grasp the full benefit of it, however the fact remains that it is a struggle for me at least to be able to be present in the now for any length of time without extreme amount of concentration. That is a habit that I surmise plague most of us. It is something however, that can be worked on and most definitely something that can be achieved as a new habit.
The benefits are many and priceless in my opinion. I was told many times and have read it in numerous places that 95% of what we fear about any event will NOT happen. I have also written about FORGIVENESS in this blog. By living in the NOW you eliminate both issues. There is no fear of what may happen because you will be doing things a moment at a time. There is nothing to keep inside and dwell about because there is no concentrating on the past. It seems like a simple way of living and in theory it is a stress free way of living.
There is a reason however, that most Buddhist monks spend a lifetime perfecting this single way of living. It is something to aspire too. It goes without saying that you should not be too hard on yourself if you stumble because that would not be living in the now.
As always I hope you enjoyed and benefited from this post. As always feel free to share this with anyone who would benefit and comment on our Facebook page about this post. Till next week, here is to your success.
