Good day and I hope you are having a great holiday season. Today I wanted to discuss something that occurred to me as I was reading Anthony Robins’ new book Master The Money Game. Many financial wizards teach that the key to financial independence is paying yourself first, and even more important to automate that process. The reason for that is, because we always find ways of spending what we make. So the best way to set aside money for yourself before the bills, the tax, etc., get in the way, and deplete all your income, is to do it in a way where you don’t even see the money that comes out. There are many ways of doing this, for example through your 401K automatic debit program, or doing automatic withdrawal programs that most banks offer etc.
I wanted to apply this to the use of The Law of Attraction (LOA) and your success. The key to this process is to figure out what it is that you need to do every day. If you have not set your goals, you obviously need to do that first. If you don’t have a vision board, or an image to visualize what you want, and daily affirmations, then you need to do that first. But once you have done that you can use today’s available technology to automate it. For example some of the things I have set up for myself is that I have an alarm and an appointment in my calendar for my 15 minutes of meditations, and for my morning affirmations. As soon as I wake up the first thing I do is to do to my phone. It is my go to thing. So I have an appointment. It has alerts set at 15 minutes before the appointment time, and a second alert that is set at the time of the appointment or 5 minutes prior to the appointment, just in case I do not get to it beforehand. Those are automatic settings on my phone. So when I create an appointment of “do your to-do list” it comes up before I go to bed, or before I sit down with my wife for some family time. When I set an appointment for my daily meditation, it is early in the morning, before I even touch the computer, it happens early in the morning before breakfast.
At first it becomes a little tedious. You may be tempted to hit snooze or ignore it, but remember for you to be able to succeed, you need to set up successful habits. If you haven’t meditated all your life, it is a new thing for you. You have to set a habit of doing it every day, preferably at about the same time, and consciously force yourself to do it when the alarm goes off. That becomes a habit. If you haven’t done your affirmation, and this process is new to you, you need to set a habit of doing it every day. If you haven’t set goals or read through those goals every day and every night you need to set a habit of doing this every day. The key to the success with The LOA is doing it every day, and when you automate this process in this way or any other way that you can think of, you take the uncertainty and the chances of failure out of the equation. These are just some examples to get your mind thinking of ways to automate it. Once you start to think about something, other thoughts will come to you.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week, and are getting ready for the holidays. About 4 months ago I hurt my shoulder very bad. In fact after the pain had not subsided for 2 weeks I went to my chiropractor and he popped it back into place. But recently when attempting to bring the decorations down, I re-injured it and after seeing a sports medicine physician I was started on some physiotherapy.
At the first visit with my physical therapist, I had an orientation. In that orientation she was showing me some exercises to increase the range of motion of my shoulder joint and describing the path we would take over the next few months. One of the cautions she gave me was, “you don’t want to do this quickly. It is not about the fastest time, it is about the proper mechanics and the quality of the motion. Stay in the stretch for 45 seconds to a minute. There is no rush”.
I wondered how many other things in life can be performed properly the first time, if we take this advice. Taking our time, doing it with the proper mechanics, and doing it right should be our motto. Nowhere is this more important than in the use of The Law of Attraction (LOA). When most people start utilizing the concept of The Law of Attraction, it is very exciting. And because of the huge publicity involved, everybody thinks they have to do this quickly, and they expect things to come rapidly, and they go about trying to do the exercises as quickly as they can, as though trying to fit LOA in the grand scheme of their life. Much like an afterthought, of I’m going to stop for a cup of coffee now that I have some time.
What this type of mentality fails to realize is that, the use of these visualization techniques, and trying to make The LOA a way of life will create a better life. It is not I’m going to fit in my LOA exercises into my schedule. It’s I’m going to use LOA to create the life that I deserve. So I want to caution you to go back and evaluate how you are doing your LOA exercises. Are you putting the feeling and the emotions into your visualizations? Are you visualizing every day? Are you doing it more than just a few minutes every day and then going about being angry in the traffic jam? Evaluate and see how much quality as opposed to quantity you are putting into your LOA work and then you can see if the results that you have had corresponds to the amount of effort and proper technique you have put in.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. Being a success and Law of Attraction (LOA) practitioner, student, and teacher, I, once in a while get asked do you have to be happy all the time? That is an interesting question. Usually when I am asked one of these questions, I am in a place of high vibration. I am usually at an event, a book signing, or a seminar I am teaching with people who want to be there and have paid a good amount of money to be there. It is contagiously awesome. Today though I want to talk to you about when you happen to be down, alone, and feel like there is nothing that can help you, or nothing that can go right. Maybe, you just happen to be tiered. It could be after a few days of going all out following your dreams, or doing some overtime, whatever the case may be.
This is not rocket science. I wish I had that magical answer for you given to me by the masters and gurus who have the world by the tail. The truth is though, we all get burned out once in a while. We all hit the wall occasionally. We all feel like everything we are doing is for nothing. We all feel like we are going against the grain. We all feel like the world is against us. We all feel lost.
There are any number of techniques to “try to reach for a better feeling” slowly, but once in a while you just need to either let out all the negativity with a good cry, or just shut out world and take a long nap. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It will recharge you. It will give your mind as well as your body a chance to rest. It is a great place to TEMPORARILY recharge your batteries.
I have a great support network but even I, sometimes just need to take a break. I don’t feel ashamed to tell you there have been many times when I just needed to cry as well. Sometimes over great losses, and other times because I just felt an immense amount of negativity raging inside of me. That is not good for anyone. I needed to let it out. Crying gets rid of the negative ions. There is some truth to the fact that sometimes we all just need a “good cry”.
Taking a nap, or sleeping it off is another way to get back your energy. When you are sleeping you are not sending out vibrations. When things are really really hectic it is like calling a time out. The important thing to realize though is that when you go to sleep with the negative energy, you will be in that vibration, so when you come out, you have to remember all your techniques of reaching for something better.
In either case, crying it out, or sleeping it off, the VERY IMPORTANT POINT IS THAT YOU HAVE TO MOVE ON AND NOT GET STUCK THERE. These are just a recharging breaks when nothing else is working. You have to always keep in mind that you can attract anything you think about and give emotion to. You can CHOOSE TO FEEL BETTER a little at a time. It takes some concentration and persistence, but you can get out of it. Giving thanks for the little things even in the midst of big problems is a great way to get reaching for something that feels better. So is trying to help someone who needs a hand. Giving and helping comes from a higher vibration of prosperity.
Keep in mind then, that it is ok to feel like the crap has hit the fan and you just need a break. Let it out. Give a good cry, or go and sleep it off. When you are done, get back in there, and start slowly reaching for little thoughts that feel a little better. Keep on keeping on reaching for better feelings. Give gratitude, help someone in need, and keep on reaching. You will bounce out of it in no time and will be stronger for it.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. We in the United States just celebrated Thanks Giving. It is a time where we concentrate on the blessings we have and give thanks for it. For those of you who have followed the teachings of The Law of Attraction (LOA), it will seem silly to just take one day and be thankful, as we know that gratitude is an amazing amplifier of our vibrations. This week, in tune with all this I wanted to dig into a subject that may be taboo, or uncomfortable for many of you. I do not mean to offend or stir controversy, and if you stick with me, I think you will see the point of view that this comes from pure love.
From the teachings of The Law of Attraction (LOA), we know that everything that is, started at one time as a thought. Science tells us that our Universe started with a massive expansion, the “big bang”, and is continuing to expand. It tells us that we as observers actually effect the reality we see from a quantum mechanics point of view. Theology tells us that God, the creator said “let there be light”. Together is it not conceivable to imagine all this was at one time a thought? More to it, ”we” actually brought all this into creation? From there can we also extrapolate that “I” am the creator? Not exactly. Close, but there is a little more to it than that.
The Singular “I” in theology usually refers to the all-powerful creator, who by the way in many religions also has “created us in his/her image”. From the stand point of LOA, we know that there is one source, and all that energy is flowing through all that is, including us. The “I” in the sense of A.J. may not be the all-powerful creator, but I am certainly a part of that all-powerful source, and I have been created in the image of the creator. A part of a the whole. When we come into this physical bodies, we are only placing a small part of our total energy here. The bulk of all of our energies stays in it pure form available for all things in this Universe. It is never destroyed, nor ever created. The soul as some call it, or energy is ever flowing.
Now think about all the “I”s that are in our small world. Can you see the LOVE that is inherent in the absolute TRUTH? Let me break down for you then. WE ARE ALL PART OF ONE SOURCE. THAT ONE SOURCE IS ABOUT LOVE. No matter how you slice it, you cannot refute science or theology that we all are a part of the creation on this little earth as well as the entire universe. Isn’t it ironic then that with the use of Science (i.e. Hitler) or Religion (i.e. Crusades, Al Qaida, ISIS), man has killed and destroyed throughout the times?
This is just one article meant to get you to think. It will not change the world. It will not bring peace on earth. BUT, if you start to think that we humans are and always have been only one, meant to have love for each other, and meant to be at peace with each other, then perhaps there is better than hope for our race. Those of us who are learning and following the teachings of The Law of Attraction, realize there is no such thing as scarcity, or competition. There is only abundance for all. Not for just you, or me, but for all. How profound is that? If only for the next few years, the media began to preach this, imagine what we could witness globally. But then they say “bad news sells”. As you wish. We also know that whatever you believe, becomes your reality. So it is up to you to embrace what “your reality” shows you, or go out there and CREATE your reality as you want it to be. In either case you are correct and you will find support for your beliefs. It is LAW. Way cool.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. This week I want to explore the journey. I have always been impatient. Many of us as adults have learned the concept of delayed gratification, but when it comes to The Law of Attraction (LOA) we tend to act like children. Perhaps it is because the concept of The Law of Attraction is new to us. Those who have mastered The LOA have also developed the patience required, and hence are successful in using it.
The basic concept of The LOA is to visualize and believe in the end results as you bring your vibration up to the vibration of your desire. It is only natural to want to have the end result as you work on visualizing your end result. You get to the feeling of having it, and then doubt sets in. You want it now, and when it does not come when you think it “should” come, you start to doubt. There is the key. Trusting that it will happen, and letting it happen. Letting it go without losing the focus. I wanted to give you an analogy in the hopes that it will make it easier for you to let it happen.
As I was thinking about what I was going to write this week, I came across the following add and picture. It is an add about Sea World and a water slide.
Usually what happens is that you stand in line, walk up the stairs, and sit down on top of the slide and inch forward a little at a time and slide all the way down and splash into the pool at the bottom. The exhilaration and the joy is awesome. Now imagine if when you get to the top of the stairs and are about to slide down, you suddenly tell the guy at the top that is giving you the green light to go ahead, that “no” you just want to walk down the stairs and go to the part of the slide that is a few inches away from the end, and then get on the slide and slide into the pool. If it the goal was getting to the end result, that is what your experience would be like. It seems foolish when you think about it in terms of a slide doesn't it? The guy will most likely ask you “I thought you want to ride the slide?” It is the experience of sliding down the slide, not getting to the bottom of the pool that is exhilarating . Are you with me here?
It is the journey that is as important as getting the results. Imagine if everyone here on this planet had everything they wanted as soon as they were born. There would not be any difference in our vibrational positions and hence no point for desires. There will not be any contrast for us to want anything different. How boring would that be? At first it seems like that would be utopia, but how long would that last? You have to realize that part of being human is to actually experience the journey towards success, whatever success may mean to us. It is the journey that makes us who we are. If it wasn't about the journey, none of the advances that man has made would have happened. We would all just be OK with status quo.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. This week I want to explore The Law of attraction’s bases of taking everything you do seriously. We live in a fast pace world that inundates us with technology, and sometimes we lose ourselves in those technological advances that are supposed to make our lives better. Imagine e-mail for example. What an amazing product right? Well how much of your day is consumed by this product if you are not too careful? Social media is another example of a tool that can be your “friend”, pun intended, or it can isolate you in a false sense of belonging.
I bring up these things because in the West specially, we have this love, hate relationship with multi-tasking. You may want to see my blog on multitasking as well. We think the more we are doing the more effective we become. That is really not the case for most people. In fact studies have shown that multi-tasking in fact decreases your efficiency, as well as the quality of the work you do. Just Google “multitasking” and you will see tons of results for studies on the subject. It is really simple to understand. When you have your focus dispersed you cannot really put one hundred percent of your effort into anything you do.
Let’s look at it from the stand point of The Law of Attraction (LOA). When you are concentrating, visualizing, and focusing on different goals, you are sending multiple vibrations into the Universe. We know from our study of The LOA, that we are always answered. Our job then is to then be open to receiving that which we desire. To do that we have to come into sync with the vibration of what we want. The more focused we are on that vibration, the quicker that sync happens, and the quicker we can manifest our desires into its physical counterpart. You can see then, that if you are dispersing your energies on many things, it is difficult to reach a vibrational sync of any kind with your desires. This will prolong the maturation of your manifestation and bring about disappointments for you.
Let me tell you a story about the time when I had finally decided that medicine was not going to be my career pursuit. After months of soul searching and coming to grip with the idea that all my dreams of becoming a surgeon were for not, I had to find a job, to put food on the table and pay back this immense student loan that I had accumulated. Within 9 months I went through 2 jobs. The first was a car salesman with Saturn. The second was a motorcycle sales man with Harley Davidson. The way I approached those two jobs will demonstrate what type of vibration I sent out.
I owned a Saturn when I started to work for them. As such, I looked at the job as just something to hold me till I found my real career. I told customers about what a great car it was. Used the sales techniques they taught me. Went through the motions. The one thing I had going for me though was that I was very positive and as such I had reasonable success in selling cars. I was personable and made good friends. I think those characteristics opened up the opportunity to join the Harley Davidson team.
When I started at Harley Davidson, I did not own a motorcycle and did not even know how to ride one. That year though, the V-ROD had debuted, and the history of the collaboration of Harley Davidson and Porsche was of immense interest to me because, my dream automobile was, and still is a Porsche 911 turbo cabriolet. Due to my lack of familiarity with the product, I put in allot more focus and attention to learning not only the sales skills, but about the product, as well as about the people who wanted to purchase them. I did not just give it 100%, I gave it all I had.
It took me a few month longer than at Saturn to become proficient at selling Harley’s, but what did happen was that I received an invitation to join a bio-medical sales company that eventually lead to my current career. I fully believe that the effort I put forth at Harley Davidson, opened the doors to come back to a career that utilized all my medical training, opened the door for me to be introduced to the law of attraction, pay off my student loan, and develop the relationships that I have today, with all the blessings that are in my life.
The moral of the story is then, whatever you are committing yourself to doing, do it to the best of your ability. Not only is it common courtesy, but you will gain the benefits of it not just in your current position, but in your future life. The universe will repay excellence with excellence in opportunities. Likewise, mediocre efforts will result in mediocre opportunities from the Universe. It IS THE LAW. There is no way around it.

Good day and I hope you are having a great day. Recently I wanted to concentrate on daily meditation practice in my life. I had been faced with a lot of distractions and challenges and felt like I was off center. Having been able to mediate easily through years of martial arts practice, I was really surprised at how hard it was for me to get back to it. I realized that what I was experiencing with my difficulty in meditating is in many ways the same challenge that many feel when trying to utilize The Law of Attraction. Sometimes the resistance point that prevents The Law of Attraction from working for us is its simplicity.
I remember when I was first learning to meditate, I did it because it was part of my martial arts class routine. We would start and end each class with meditation. Sitting and breathing for a few minutes before and after the class. There was always an instructor that told me to do it, and I did what I was told. At first, I did not really understand what meditation was. I just breathed as everyone else breathed. The time frame was short, and I did not “struggle” to quiet my mind, because that was not my “purpose”. I was just doing it because I had to during the course of my class. As I continued to do this for 10 years, it because a part of me. The rough edges were polished by repetition and as I became comfortable with the breathing, I also started to read and learn what meditation was and experimented with different forms of meditation.
Being a very analytical person, I remember making it is allot more complicated than it should have been. At times I became lost in the instructions and the steps of the process, rather than the feelings and physiological feedback that my body and mind was giving me. It took a long time to just let it go and enjoy the moment.
Later on life got in the way. I lost track, and got away from my martial arts practice, and at the same time stopped meditating. I found my life in upheaval, so I started coming back to meditation and I found it very difficult. I attended a Buddhist monastery located close to me in North San Diego county. It just seemed too simple to breath and concentrate on my breathing. I wanted something more magnificent. I wanted something with more bells and whistles. I wanted to ask the abbot” is there a more ornate or more advanced way of meditating?”, and as I was posing this question in my own mind, I had an epiphany and could not help but laugh. I was concentrating on completely the wrong thing. It was beside the point. I was losing the forest for the trees.
Meditation in its simplicity is the reason why it works. It is not designed to make you think, and become more complex so you can think some more. The whole secret of emptying your mind is to concentrate on thoughts that DO NOT lead to other things. The simple counting of the breath, or just visualization of the path of the breath is exactly the reason why it calms the mind and the body.
The same is true with The Law of Attraction (LOA). Many people have a hard time believing that you ask and it is immediately given and you just have to be open to receiving. Specially in the Western culture where we have been taught “if it sounds too good to be true, then it must not be real”. So what do we do? We try to make it more complex. We get lost in the questions. Am I visualizing correctly? Am I spending the right amount of time? Am I auditory or kinesthetic in my visualization? Is one better than the other? Do I think in colors? Should I put myself in my visualization, or should I look through my own eye? All of these complexities are taking us away from the main feeling of joy and gladness that you are supposed to send out in relations to the things that you want. Keep it simple, and do the same thing over and over with persistence. When your visualizations and your thought of the thing that you want seems real enough for you that you know it in every aspect, and it just seems a step away, you will see it materialize in your life. Remember if it seems like work, you are not doing it correctly. If you are frustrated you are sending out the wrong vibration.
This is a big reason, why I start with GRATITUDE. There is just something magnificently simple in being grateful. If you can be grateful in the moment, it is sure to make you feel good. Taking personal responsibility for our mindset is important. Remember you always have something to be grateful for, and if you practice this attitude it becomes easier. The more you look for things to be grateful, the more things will come to mind. It is like exercise. At first it is hard to get going, but when you start, the going gets easier and you achieve a flow.
Before you visualize on something that you want, start by being grateful for what you have right now. Get into the higher vibration of abundance before you focus your visualization. It is sort of like warming up for the main routine. I hope this makes sense to you and will help you get a better handle on your quest to understanding and utilizing The LOA. Good day and I hope you are having a great week. This week I wanted to touch base with you about things that trouble you. Today we are going to reach a little deeper and by doing that my goal is to show you how you can achieve inner peace. It is a simple task, but as with most things it is by no means easy.
Let’s go into scrutiny of what it is that causes us worry? Something is happening on the other side of the world and I see it on the news and it produces anxiety for me. The baseball game went over by 3 hours and I am missing my UFC event and I am fuming. The elected officials are doing this and that, and I don’t really agree with it, and now I am concerned about the future etc. Can you see the common factor in all these things? The answer is they are all events outside of me. These are things that are outside of me that are causing emotional vibrations in me. Can you see now when I say it is a simple matter, but it is not easy? The simple answer to inner peace is to be able to control ourselves and our feelings regardless of what is happening outside of us.
The problem is that we have been conditioned to care about what other people think. We have been brought up to react to the outside world events. The question that needs to be answered is this, “is this worldly event really critical to my survival right now?” Was it critical to my survival to have been able to watch the UFC fight? Was the election of so and so something that threatens my life? In most cases the answers are a comical and decisive no.
In the grand scheme of things we always have the option of being happy and being at peace. When we start to encounter incidences in our lives that start to push us off balance the key point is to recognize and filter these events. We need to come back internally and realize that we can only control what we can do, and everything else is not critical to our survival.
When you look at this from the stand point of the Law of Attraction (LOA) you can also see how in tune the Universe is. The concept that most of the time, most people are going about by default is that, we react to our external environment. Unless we have been educated to know that we can control our reality, we rarely recognize our feelings as something of an indicator. In fact, most of the time we dismiss our feelings and ignore them. When things are good we are happy. When things are challenging we are unhappy. What an up and down rollercoaster ride.
Being in tune with our feelings, and knowing we are the only ones responsible for what is happening to us is empowering. We have the ability to feel good regardless of what is happening around us. Simple principle but incredibly difficult in challenging times. The more you practice with this, the better you can become just like any skill. It is a worthwhile skill to master.
The practice with The Law of Attraction (LOA) has only one goal for us, and that is to be happy now. Inner Peace makes us happy now as well, isn’t that just great? It is so cool that things just blend together and support each other. That is the way things should be. It is the way of the Universe. It is law and our birth right.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. In this post I want to cover something that haunts even the best practitioners of success principles and The Law of Attraction. Some people call it PROCRASTINATION, some call it FEAR, it does not matter what you call it. There are some subtleties that we should be aware of when we sit down, visualize what we want, set our goals, and if we are really good, set a deadline. We sometimes neglect the one key thing. That one important thing we may not do is to take IMMEDIATE ACTION on those goals. Think about it. How many times have you set goals and said you will star tomorrow, or next month, or by the new year, or as soon as so and so happens?
Many times that hesitation between the excitement of creating the goal and the initiation of the plan to complete it creates the doubts and fear that challenge even the best of us. When you let things sit, that initial high emotional vibration that you sent out to the Universe gets stagnated. It is like rolling a snow ball down the hill. I started to create that initial snowball, but I never actually put it down and start rolling it so it becomes a boulder. I just left it in the snow and walked away. Isn't it sad?
You can see from that analogy that the vibration that is sent out to the universe has initiated to create the opportunities for me to achieve your success. However, not taking action is signaling to the universe that I want more opportunities to NOT TAKE ACTION. And the Universe will reply in kind. More opportunities will come to procrastinate. I will find excuses. I will find justifications for my fears, and pretty soon the spark that initiated that goal will die, and my progress is doomed before it even gets started.
One of the key things that Napoleon Hill points out in his all-time best seller Think and Grow Rich is that when you set plans to achieve your objective, start IMMEDIATELY TO TAKE action. Many teachers like Jack Canfield, and Dr. Joe Vitale preached that you should take at least one step every day that takes you close to your goal, and that is great but, you need to start immediately when you set that goal and get the ball rolling.
You will be amazed how wonderful beginning of the journey feels. The sense of accomplishment that you get for actually taking that first step towards your objective is amazing and that feeling and that vibration will in all likelihood carry you through to the next step. So don’t forget to celebrate and reward yourself for starting immediately. Having said that, be careful not to try to tackle the monster in one go. Break down your goals into manageable steps so each step will not seem intimidating. That way you can take steps, reward your success, get feedback and analyze your progress and if needed, go ahead and change and correct your course.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. This week I am using some teachings I learned from a course by Jeff Reinke in his classes on “Men’s Skills” and applying them to the Law of Attraction to discover certain things that hold us back from achieving success. When I refer to success it is not just a material wealth, but whatever that word means to you. The goal of this post is to give you more tools to be able to recognize any limiting believe or hidden resistances that are preventing you from achieving your full potential with the Law of Attraction or anything else. Let’s begin.
Like it or not what we learn and are exposed to as children will affect us in our lives long after we have grown up, become professionals, have built businesses, become parents, and gone on with our lives. For many people, myself included, the red flags are so well hidden that we may not be aware of them. These red flags are perhaps cultural, or familial in nature. The way we were treated, as children, the way we saw our elders deal with challenges ARE ingrained in our subconscious. We can either ignore them, or understand them and learn from them as well as prevent them from hindering our growth.
The most visible sign that you are limited in some way is when you react to something automatically. Let me say that again. You need to pay attention to any situation that brings out an automatic response from you. Let me clarify this by an example. Having been born in the middle east, I was familiar with different marriage rituals of the region. I had heard of cast systems, and arranged marriages, and social status etc. Being educated and raised in the United States for most of my childhood, by parents who were also educated in the west, this was not an issue in my family. When in medical school, I met other students that were from the middle east. Some were born in the States but their family ties to the region were very strong. Strong family pressures on “who to marry” significantly affected their relationships with the opposite sex. I am not making any judgments as to positive or negative effect, but seeing it as an outsider, and comparing it to my non-middle eastern friends, I could see major differences. It does not even have to be a middle eastern tradition. The way people who are raised in the South treat relationships is significantly different than someone raised in New York City or Los Angeles.
Another example is when the emotion of anger suddenly erupts. Rational individuals suddenly express theatrics that are uncontrollable, and completely out of character. Have you ever lost control and become angry over something that in hindsight completely bypassed your rational mind? Jeff Reinke calls this Amygdala Hijack. Without going too much into detail, sometimes we react to “triggers” as Jeff calls them, that evoke a response that completely by passes our conscious mind. In a time of danger when our fight or flight response kicks in, this is a very useful mechanism, but in modern times it is usually a detriment.
The way to realize this is happening is to become aware of your emotions. There is rarely an incident that happens in a split second. The emotions are usually build up gradually but they are so under our radar, and so ingrained that we ignore them until the reaction is out of proportion to the stimulus. The reason goes back to our childhood, and that is where we can start the understanding and correction.
Jeff Reinke sates that if you find yourself out of control with one of these reactions, you need to work your way back to an incident in your childhood that evoked that emotions. It is an intense journey that can be done easily without a need for a therapist, but it does require a commitment and time. You need to sit in a quiet place and reflect on why those emotions came about and took over? Go back and see as far as you can when was the first time you felt those emotions and usually many of our issues are reduced to one or two underlying causes. Many people’s anger, and frustrations are reduced to a time when they were treated with anger, or when they felt helpless and out of control, or it may be a situation when they felt like they had disrespected someone or were disrespected and anger was the response.
With this background, I want to now go into how this effects your use of The Law of Attraction (LOA) and your success. When you stretch your goals, and reach for something outside of your comfort zones there is usually a feeling deep in your gut and jumps up. Do NOT ignore it. That feeling comes from somewhere in your past. The more in tune you are with what that feeling is, the easier it will be to go back and see where you first encountered that feeling in your life. Let us use the example of money as it is easily related too. If you set a goal of making $20,000 per month and your gut suddenly and in a subtle way says “bull shit”, there is a point of resistance that you need to uncover and deal with.
Clearing methods like EFT, and Sedona method are great, but I believe that you need to get to the core of the matter and be aware that you have a resistance to completely replace it. Notice I do not say eliminate it. You need to replace behavior that is not productive by one that is productive. When you start to go back you may have noticed times where you heard elders say things like rich people are mean. You may have had a bad experience with a wealthy person when you were a child and your subconscious related wealth with a bad experience. Someone you admired or even revered may have said or taught you that money corrupts. You may have been exposed to movies like Wall Street, where the wealthy were villains, and that may have made a mark on your subconscious . You see working this back you realize that it comes down to one thing. Money equals bad people. You don’t want to be a bad person, so subconsciously you will sabotage any opportunity that will enable you to be what you may consider wealthy. So you will place a glass ceiling on your income to a point where you are comfortable but are not what you see as being wealthy, therefore you are not out of alignment with your core value of being nice. No amount of visualization, or affirmation will get you past this if you do not recognize and make conscious the point of resistance.
Recognition will start the PROCESS of healing and changing. It is a PROCESS. You did not get here in one instance and the solution will not happen in one day either. You need to recognize then that every time the subject of wealth comes up you have a hiccup. You need to replace the feeling of “bull shit” with something positive. Read about philanthropists that do good with their wealth. Study great men in history who were wealthy. Change your attitude about wealth consciously over and over until it replaces that subconscious attitude that wealthy people are bad. The important thing is that now you recognize that feeling that comes up every time you set a goal. You have brought it into the light so it has less of a chance of sneaking up on you without you realizing it. It still may at times, but do not punish yourself. Recognize, and celebrate the fact that your recognized it. Continue to work on it.

A very good day to you, I hope you are having a blast. I was reading The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent by Jerry and Esther Hicks, and at the same time listening to Ask and It Is Given by the same authors in my car lately. There must have been something that I must have read and heard many times before, but this time it totally resonated with me. Maybe because this time I was in the receiving mood. Maybe because I am working on a project to benefit the masses. For whatever reason it lead to this post. I hope you will enjoy this.
There may be issues with our world, our economy, our politicians, etc. There may be green house, and toxins, and rain forest issues. There is hunger and poverty and all that all around the world and all around us. BUT I BELIEVE THE WORLD IS GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. The reason why the world is only getting better and will continue to get better is very simple. Every second of everyday millions of people are experiencing a difference between their ideal self, and their present circumstances. Those differences lead to desires being launched as Abraham-Hicks refer to it.
From our study of The Law of Attraction we know that as soon as you ASK, it is immediately GIVEN. The only hiccup is with the allowing. When people are in a place of sadness, envy, anger, desperation, etc. they cannot allow the goodness that they are looking for or desiring. But never the less all those desires are immediately coming towards them. By the mere fact that they occupy the same world as we do, all those good things are also coming towards us. So for the students of The Law of Attraction, as you learn to allow, and as you learn to be in joy with yourself, you are not only receiving the good things that you want, but also receiving the good things that thousands of generations before you have asked for. This also applies to the future.
As you go about experiencing new journeys, and having new wants, and desires, you are immediately bringing more and more good things towards you and the rest of the world. There is no scarcity and there is no lack. This is the beauty of being able to learn to use the LOA, because the good things that you may not have imagined, are on their way to you because someone else has already imagined it. You just need to enjoy it. Do you want proof? Here is few things I did not think of but I am taking advantage of:
Electricity, car, phone, iPhone, iPad, computer, internet, calculator, medicine, yoga, jiu jitsu, instant ability to print in my home, instant ability to drink clean water in my home, ability to read thousands upon thousands of books, ability to watch movies, to even have movies, ability to be warm at night or cool during the day. You get the idea.
Be warned however, that the same thing applies to all the other non-joyous stuff. The Law of Attraction does not discriminate. It is always fair and always the way it has always been; CONSTANT. It WILL BRING TO YOU WHAT YOU GIVE YOUR ATTENTION TO with emotion. Do you want to go around and look for more baby seals getting killed, or do you want to go around looking for wonderful children playing in clean, safe environments? There is no judgment here. I praise organizations that want to save wild life, and the environment. The passion they have is a very strong vibration. I just choose to put my attention on things I want to have in my life more and more. I want to choose to pay attention to the things that bring more joy into my life. I know what I give most of my attention to with emotions, attracts more of the same. The question is what do you want to have more in your life?

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. This week I am coming back to the written format for a few reasons. It is an important lesson for one thing, and I did not really get any feedback from the readers on the question I asked on my Facebook page regarding the preference for video or text on these blogs.
I was frustrated at my progress in Jiu Jitsu; that is where this blog post came from. I have being practicing Jiu Jitsu on and off for about 7 to 8 years, however from an expertise point of view I am no further off than may be a year into the practice. The reason for that is because of that concept of expertise, and the proverbial 10,000 hours of practice. So over the past 6 years, I have been may be going to practice for 3 hours per week, then I take a long time off for one reason or another. For arguments sake though, let’s say I have taken classes for 3 hours/ week every week. So in one year I have amassed an inconsequential 156 hours of training, and in 7 years, I have done 1,092 hours of training if I did not take any breaks. Do you see how far away that is from 10,000 hours of practice it takes for one to become an expert at something?
The people that are really good at what they do, put in the time. To contrast that with my black belt training in Kenpo Karate when I was a youngster, I was training 7 days a week and teaching. I would take 2 hours classes, and teach another 8 hours per day. I was in and out of the dojo for almost 5 years before achieving my black belt. 10 hours a day, for 7 days a week for 5 years or 18,200 hours. Very different.
Now coming back to the concept of The Law of Attraction, the good news is that LOA is allot more forgiving, than different arts and skill sets. You need to, however, make this your routine. You cannot wake in the morning and do 15 minutes of meditation and visualization, and the rest of the day give up on the concept. You need to put in to practice the LOA in as many places as you can during your day, as many days as you can during your week, as many weeks as you can during the year and as many years as you can during your life. The more you do this, the more you become adept at it. The nooks and crannies of The Law of Attraction will open up to you. You will figure out how to make it work best for you, but it requires time and practice. It requires time and practice on a continuous bases. You know we all have times when we hit walls and setbacks, when we give up and take time off from doing our things, be it training or living The Law of Attraction. When you take time off training, you see immediately how slow, and how rudimentary your movements are . It take weeks to get back to your peak. The same is true for using LOA.
If you are frustrated because The Law of Attraction is not working for you, take a look and see how much effort you are putting into actually understanding, learning, and making it work for you. If you have diligently been putting the hours necessary with intensity and it is still not working out for you then you have legitimate gripe. If you have not been putting the time in, or have just been going through the motions without emotion, and intensity then you are like me being frustrated at my Jiu Jitsu progress. I really have not been putting the time in, so I really have no bases to complain that things are not moving smoothly for me, or be unhappy with my progress. We reap what we sew.
I hope this all makes sense to you and you can relate. Do not be upset with yourself, or berate yourself because of this. Remember, it is past and you only are attracting more of what you don’t want by doing that. Commit to use every opportunity to use The Law of Attraction in your daily routine. Do rampage of appreciation, and segment intending. Do your meditation. Be happy now. Remember joy is your default state.

Good day and I hope you are having a great week. I wanted to touch base and discuss a few mistakes I recently made in using the visualization and manifesting techniques of the Law of Attraction (LOA). I want to share this with you in the hopes that you can learn from my mistakes and have a much happier and less costly reality in the future.
I was confronted with the “want” of a Jacuzzi recently. I started my due diligence to get “clear” on what exactly I wanted. When I picked out my make and model, I started to go and see it in the showrooms, sit in it and start to really feel what it was I wanted, to make sure it is clear. I created a vision board and included it on my vision board and started to feel the belief of having it in my reality. All was going well until I forgot, or overlooked the most important lesson of manifesting. What is the most important lesson of manifesting?
The HOW is not your job. You see I started to think about how I could attract, make, manifest the MONEY to purchase the Jacuzzi. When I started to concentrate on the money, I started to notice things going wrong. First my dishwasher crapped out and I had to go and purchase a new one and have it installed. Within a week of that, I needed to have the thermocouple on a water heater replaced. The good thing was that the water heater was a top quality one, the bad thing was that the high quality water heater needed a high quality thermocouple, which translates into it was expensive.
I started to panic as we do in times like this. My concentration now started to drift to Where can I get some extra money? People who owed me money were suddenly unreachable. Then the Air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. That was the straw that broke the proverbial camel’s back. I thankfully, finally realized that I was going about it the wrong way. It was such a relief that I started to laugh at the news of the AC issue. It occurred to me that I was forcing the issue on the money, and by doing that, I was suddenly losing the joy, and coming from a place of lack. If you just be open and look within you, it is easy to realize when you are coming from a place of prosperity and when you come from a place of lack. I was definitely coming from a place of lack.
So what did I do? I gave up on the how. I am now just accepting the issues and dealing with them, with the complete and utter confidence that the source will provide me with whatever I need, at the time that I need it. As for the Jacuzzi, I have to go back and start the process over because, I have tainted it with the how. It will take me a bit of time to get to the happy place, but it will be so much fun to do it right this time.
I am so much looking forwards to enjoying the feeling of sitting in my Jacuzzi and, playing with the kids in there. The fact that it is so hassle free, and the deep feeling of relaxation I get when I come out my Jacuzzi and go to sleep. I think I will go and visualize now. It is a good start.
Please remember it is so easy for us to jump to the money thing when we want something. The money thing is also the hardest thing for people who are starting their journey in the realm of The Law of Attraction to deal with. It becomes hard to manifest properly because, it usually puts you in a place of scarcity. It is just the nature of what most of us have been raised to believe. These coded messages we have heard all our lives have deep roots. I have been using The Law of Attraction since 2010 and I still have my own issues of dealing with the money thing. It is ok though, because the more I deal with those issues, the more I learn that money is not the only way to get what you want, and if you just let it go and concentrate on the final things you want, it is so much simpler to be in the presence and belief of having it, and yes come from a place of prosperity.

Good day and I trust you are having a great week. We are going scientific today. Sometimes you need to really understand something to be able to utilize it. It is frequently said that the “how” is not your job when it comes to The Law of Attraction (LOA), but for people who are analytical like I am, that is a crutch rather than comfort. Sometimes we just need to understand the theory behind something to be able to have the trust and “faith” necessary to jump feet first.
To that point let me break it down for you as I have come to understand what the processes of manifestation work to accomplish. I am going to take you back to your high school science class. Most of you will probably not recall the diagram bellow but it is not hard to relate and refresh your memories.
Essentially what that diagram shows is that given a constant pressure as you increase the temperature the physical entity goes from solid to liquid, and then to gas. Taken vibrationally, you are going from a state of low vibration to a state of high molecular vibration. In a solid state there is movement and vibration at the molecular level, but it is slow. As energy is applied the molecules move more and more rapidly and we move to a liquid state, and finally the energy is so high that a gaseous state is achieved.
From a Law of Attraction perspective, what you want to do is to bring things in reverse. Your emotions, and visualizations are at exceptionally high vibration when you start the process. Realize that what you want when you have that discrepancy between what you have, and what you want, starts at very high vibration. What you are working towards is to bring down the vibration of what you want to a stable and low frequency to manifest your desires in your reality. How do you do that?
When it comes to working with this, it does not mean you have to turn off the heat like you would, trying to get a gas to liquid. What you do to crystallize your dreams, and how you solidify your dreams is to become super focused and extremely clear on what you want. A gas is very dispersed. It is all over the place. A solid is focused in a small space, orderly and very specific. That is what you are after. You need to visualize over and over until you can see every aspect of it in your hands, or you attaining it. Do not visualize just what you want. Incorporate yourself into the visualization using, enjoying, playing with your desire.
With focus, you specify and solidify your vibration from scattered “I want that” to “I have that” vibration. I hope this makes sense to you. It took me a long time to get in tune with this. Having a clear picture and rationalization helps me with my focus, and yes with my belief. Perhaps this explanation can help more and more people solidify their dreams and make use of The Law of Attraction and unlock the confusion.

Good day and I hope you are having a great day. Today I am going to address a question that keeps on coming up during seminars or speaking events I take part in. It is a valid and at times confusing subject, and I wanted to go into it in detail and unravel it from the basic foundational understanding of The Law of Attraction. I think there is significant benefit in going back to basics at times when the problem seems to be too large. The question is “how can greedy, stingy, mean people, prosper and get wealthy given the Law of Attraction is a Universal Law and effects everyone?”
Like I said it is a very valid point. To understand this we need to see the diagram bellow:
I will refer to it as we progress. You notice there is a X and a Y axis, creating 4 quadrants. On the X axis there is an emotional continuum. There is a positive and a negative from what we consider to be good and bad feelings. You see emotions of Fear and Hate have been placed on the far left side and emotions of Love and Belief are on the far right. There is also a Y axis. That is the moral compass continuum. How does all this work?
When you see people like the fictional character of Gordon Gecko in Wall Street the movie, you wonder how can someone who is so greedy amass wealth? From the vibration curve you see that both ends of the emotional spectrum have a very high vibrational output. It is an “S” shape. High vibrations are available on the positive side as well as the negative side. Notice now where manifestation of what you want occurs:
People who are genuinely greedy have high emotions of fear of losing their wealth. Their moral compass is also in such way that they see greedy and hoarding wealth as something they should do. It is completely normal to them to be greedy. Their fear and hate and negative emotions “normally” associated with acts of greed are not negative to them because they are in line with their moral compass. For most of us that is not the case. They however are placing themselves in the lower left hand quadrant.
Most people are taught that being stingy and greedy is not a good thing. It is not proper. We cannot however, prevent the feeling of fear when faced with financial obstacles. After all we have responsibilities. Therein lies the problem. You see, when you are emanating a high vibrational emotion like fear which is not aligned with your moral values you are attracting more and more opportunities to attract feelings of fear and discomfort that comes from loss of financial assets. You are in the upper left quadrant. When a greedy person experiences the fear they are attracting more and more opportunities to feel the fear but in this case they are aligned with their moral values (lower left quadrant) and those opportunities are of amassing wealth. It works like this, greedy people are using what society labels as negative emotions as a motivator to amass wealth. What we call normal people, are experiencing fear as a consequence of loss and it attracts more loss.
I am not judging here, and I don’t want you to judge either. I want you to realize how the Universal laws work. Only by understanding the basics you can use the laws to your benefit. That does not mean you have to turn into a greedy, stingy person. Not at all, but you now can understand that when your moral values and moral compass is against greed, the feelings of fear are setting off vibrational attractions to bring you more of what you DO NOT WANT (upper left quadrant). So you have to do whatever you can to slowly reach for something that feels better. Bring yourself into the upper right quadrant. Small things you can be grateful for will lead to more and more things to be grateful for. See my previous blog posts on Gratitude to understand the power, and see how simple acts of appreciation and gratitude for the things you have now can shift you from upper left quadrant to upper right quadrant.
Now I hope you can see that Universal Laws do not show bias, or can be cheated. They just are and we can either understand them and use them for our own benefit, or misunderstand them and be punished by our misunderstanding. Universal laws do not care for what is good or bad. There is no such concept when it comes to Universal laws. They just are there. They are always active. There is no deviation to them. If one person can use them, then all can use them. That is comforting isn't it? It gives hope.
