Today I put a real life example of how I was frustrated with something I could not figure out and by using the SEGMENT INTENDING procedure, the solution came to me almost immediately.
For those of you who are not familiar with Segment intending, it is a technique I learned from Jerry and Esther Hicks and it is explained in their book Ask and It Is Given. In a nutshell every instance of your daily routine can be divided into segments. You can set an intention of how you want that segment unfold before entering it as apposed to go and be dictated by your external circumstances.
So you will see that at first I was letting the circumstance, the need to create my website and have the HTML code of my auto-responder work for me was dictating my reality. I did not know code and so I was disappointed. When I set the intention that the solution would come to me there was a very different result.
Any time you feel like the event, or circumstance you are going into, like a phone call, a meeting, an interview is bringing you anxiety, take a few moments and visualize how you want that situation to unfold as though it has happened.
